We continue to investigate the cause losing device of accounts in Dallas location. Maybe 50% user account reported by sending a ticket to our support team. Of course, their accounts were offered 1-month gold license immediately. If you met this issue (when you log in to user control panel https://my.iSpyoo.com you will see the message ‘your account does not link with any devices’) please send a ticket to us. We will update as soon as there are any further developments.

We were facing on an issue related to losing the device(s) of account. It affected one server in Dallas location (TX, USA) of our balancing servers in the world.
It is around 300 devices only.
We are trying to resolve this issue to restore the device list from our backup data but it will take the time.
If you do not have time to wait and you have a chance to add (link) device yourself, please log in to user control panel (https://my.iSpyoo.com) and then go to menu Help Desk, post a ticket with type “I lost device”, it will be immediate to add to your account with 1-month gold license.
It is our fault. We just want to make you be happy with us.
